Our crisp apple chips are made from select unsprayed apples grown in the South Okanagan using organic farming techniques. We grow many varieties including Fuji, Gala, Spartan, Red and Golden Delicious and MacIntosh. We also offer a medley which is a mix of at least 3 varieties. Availability of specific varieties changes throughout the year.
